Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Fragstat ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

Fragstat is a web-based analytics and tools platform for the Telegram username marketplace (Fragment.com). The Service provides:

• Marketplace browser — view and filter Fragment.com username listings
• Watchlist — track usernames and receive price/status notifications
• Analytics — market trends, price history, and statistics
• Estimator — algorithmic price estimation for usernames
• Generator — username variant suggestions
• My Shop — list your usernames for sale visibility

Fragstat is an independent analytics tool. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or officially connected to Fragment.com, Telegram, or TON Foundation.

3. Accounts

3.1 Registration

You may create an account by signing in via Telegram Login or connecting a TON wallet. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your authentication credentials.

3.2 Account Tiers

The Service offers Free and Pro tiers. Pro unlocks higher limits for watchlist items, notifications, and other features. Specific limits are displayed in your Account settings and may change as the Service evolves.

Pro subscriptions are billed as described in Section 5.

3.3 Account Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that:

• Violate these Terms
• Abuse the Service (excessive automated requests, scraping, etc.)
• Are used for fraudulent or illegal purposes

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any illegal purpose
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service or its infrastructure
• Scrape, crawl, or use automated tools to extract data from the Service beyond normal use
• Interfere with or disrupt the Service or its servers
• Impersonate another person or entity
• Use the Service to manipulate markets or engage in fraud
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any part of the Service
• Resell or redistribute data obtained from the Service without permission

5. Payments and Subscriptions

5.1 Pro Subscription

Pro subscriptions are available for purchase via TON cryptocurrency. Prices are displayed in the Service at the time of purchase.

5.2 Credits

Some features may require credits, which can be purchased via TON. Credit balances are non-transferable.

5.3 Refunds

Due to the nature of cryptocurrency transactions:

• Subscription payments — no refunds once the transaction is confirmed on the blockchain
• Credit purchases — no refunds for purchased credits
• Unused credits — do not expire but are non-refundable

If you experience a technical issue preventing you from using a paid feature, contact us and we will work to resolve the issue or provide credit compensation.

5.4 Price Changes

We reserve the right to change subscription prices. Existing subscribers will be notified before any price increase takes effect.

6. Intellectual Property

6.1 Our Content

The Service, including its design, code, features, and branding, is owned by Fragstat. You may not copy, modify, or distribute any part of the Service without permission.

6.2 User Content

You retain ownership of any content you create through the Service (shop listings, watchlist configurations). By using the Service, you grant us a license to display and process this content as necessary to provide the Service.

6.3 Third-Party Data

Username listings, prices, and auction data originate from Fragment.com and are displayed for informational purposes. We do not claim ownership of this data.

7. Disclaimers

7.1 "As Is" Service

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to:

• Accuracy or completeness of marketplace data
• Accuracy of price estimations
• Continuous, uninterrupted availability of the Service
• Fitness for a particular purpose

7.2 No Financial Advice

Fragstat provides analytics tools, not financial advice. Price estimations, deal scores, and market analytics are algorithmic approximations and should not be the sole basis for purchase or investment decisions. You are solely responsible for your trading decisions.

7.3 No Guarantee of Data Accuracy

Data displayed on Fragstat is sourced from Fragment.com and may be delayed, incomplete, or inaccurate. We do not guarantee real-time accuracy of prices, availability status, or auction timers.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

• Fragstat shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages
• Fragstat shall not be liable for any loss of profits, data, or business opportunities
• Fragstat's total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid to us in the 12 months preceding the claim
• Fragstat shall not be liable for losses resulting from username purchases, sales, or trading decisions made based on information from the Service

9. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Fragstat and its operators from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from:

• Your use of the Service
• Your violation of these Terms
• Your violation of any third-party rights

10. Modifications

We may modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated date. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance. For material changes, we will make reasonable efforts to notify users.

11. Governing Law
